Bright Home ABA is committed to making our website welcoming and usable for everyone, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology. Accessibility matters to us for the same reason our care does: every family should be able to reach us without friction.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, cognitive, learning, and mobility differences. Accessibility is something we treat as ongoing work rather than a box to tick, and we review it as the site changes.
As we build and maintain this site, we work to make sure that:
Some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Video content on the site is decorative and plays without sound, so it does not carry information that is lost without captions. Where we rely on third party services, such as our contact form's spam protection, those components are outside our direct control, though we choose providers with accessibility in mind.
If you run into something that does not work for you, we would genuinely like to know. Reports from visitors are the most reliable way we find problems.
If you have trouble using any part of this website, or you need information from it in a different format, please contact us and we will help you directly:
Please tell us the page you were on and what happened. We will do our best to respond promptly, give you the information you were looking for by another route, and fix the underlying issue.
We review accessibility as part of updating this site, and we welcome feedback that helps us improve. This statement will be updated as that work continues.
